Ad placement on the Eau Claire Directory is on a first come first serve basis. Ad Position(s) can change and or rotate with notice. After payment(s) are rendered, Cancellation(s) and refund(s) requests must be within the same day of payment(s). All refund request must be made within 24 hours by email Any and all ad(s) associated to the refunded payment(s) will be canceled immediately. If a refund request is made after the initial 24 hour deadline and conformation of the ads have been canceled, a prorated credit for the original amount will be provided in an advertising credit to be used at a later date on the Eau Claire Business Directory. Advertising credit(s) are non-transferable and can not be used in-conjunction with any other Eau Claire Business Directory promotions.
